News release CCSO. Monday, January 30, 2017 at about 12:20 PM, Coos County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 57 year old Ivan F. Warnock at his residence on Lee Valley Road, Coquille on Warrants charging Sexual Abuse I, Rape III, Sodomy III, Luring a Minor and Using a Minor in Sexual Display. The warrants stem from a Grand Jury Indictment of Mr. Warnock from an almost year long investigation by the Coos County Sheriff’s Office and DHS (The Department of Human Services, Child Welfare office). The investigation was into the report of possible sexual abuse of 2 female juveniles over the age of 12 that occurred in Coos County and was reported back in March of 2016. Mr. Warnock was transported to the Coos County Jail and booked.
