Deputies contacted Anthony Ruun, who was the property owner, and Stephen Howard. Deputies learned a male subject, later identified as Justin Givens, had trespassed onto the property. When the reporting persons confronted Justin, Justin refused to leave the property. Once, as they tried assisting Justin off the property, Justin punched Stephen Howard in the throat. Justin ultimately left the property and returned to his residence, which is located next to the property. Stephen told deputies he wished to pursue charges for being assaulted.
