Robbery Suspects Arrested, Feb. 16

An Oregon State Police (OSP) trooper received an anonymous tip that one of two suspects involved in a Sep tember 19, 2014, robbery of an AM/PM Mini-Mart in Eagle Point was in the Florence area. Earlier this week the trooper was able to determine the name and location of one of the suspects, identified as GAGE S. MILLER, 21 of Florence, who was already in custody on other unrelated charges in the Florence Police Department Jail. During the interview of the suspect additional information was developed which led investigators to determine the identity and location of the second suspect. The second suspect, identified as TIMOTHY D. RAYBOULD, 22, of Florence, was located and stopped leaving a Florence area residence on February 6. Both RAYBOULD and MILLER were arrested and transported to the Jackson County Jail pending charges for Robbery in the first degree and Robbery in the second degree. Preliminary information indicates the ‘hoods’ worn by the robbers were actually camouflage boxer-brief style underwear.
