A former Coos Bay Police Officer was found guilty by a Coos Co. Jury on Sex Abuse charges involving a minor. Terry Scott Rogers was arrested last September on 18 Felony charges and two Misdemeanor charges involving Sex Abuse of a Child Under 12. The jury found him guilty on all charges. Three of the charges involve Jessica’s Law with sentences of 25-years each. Rogers will be sentenced April 18.
