News release Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office. On October 28, 2016 Deputies from the Coos County Sheriff’s Office responded to 62474 Saddler Road for a report of a dispute between Steven Emery and his girlfriend Jennifer Grizwold. A friend of the couple, Dana Dixon, was also present. During an apparent attempt to stop the dispute, Dixon was struck with a garden tool causing injury to his hand. Steven Emery was arrested and transported to the Coos County Jail on a charge of Assault II. During the incident, it was found that Emery was currently wanted in Clackamas County. Emery is currently being held at the Coos County Jail for his Assault charge as well as his outstanding warrant.
