Search and rescue members recovered the body of a 28-year old male Monday, Feb. 28, below a cliff at Cape Arago State Park, west of Charleston. According to reports, a rescue ropes team recovered the body of Jordan Smith. He had been reported missing and his vehicle was found parked at the State Park. go
