A showdown between two of the best teams in the National Football League this season went Seattle’s way Monday night at CenturyLink Field in Seattle. The Seahawks (11-1) downed the visiting New Orlean Saints, 34-7. Seattle plays at San Francisco Sunday, Dec. 8.

The Portland Trailblazers downed the visiting Indiana Pacers 106-102 Monday in an NBA game at the Moda Center in Portland. The Blazers host Oklahoma City on Wednesday.
