April 9, 2016 – 8:30 am to Noon – Get your hands wet and discover how to identify local seaweeds, their ecological benefits and how you can protect this important natural resource. The day starts with a stroll along the shore collecting seaweed and continues in the classroom where you learn how to turn your finds into decorative pieces of artwork.
