Oregon Bay Area Beautification effort continues with another 2nd Saturday Cleanup. The event will take place Saturday, March 9th, sign-in at 12:45 p.m., clean up from 1-3 at Ferry Road Park/Simpson in North Bend. Mark your calendars! Join us for our 2nd Saturday Cleanup events happening throughout the year, aimed at beautifying various parks and sites across the Coos Bay and North Bend area. Our Mission – We’re on a mission to not only clean up our beautiful Oregon Bay Area but to also bring our community together for a cause that benefits us all. Whether you’re someone who enjoys light duties or someone who’s ready to dive into more demanding tasks, we have a project for you. Family-Friendly Projects – Our cleanups are designed to be inclusive and family-friendly. Here’s how you can help: – Light Duties: Sign-ins, photography, small litter pickup, painting, and invasive plant removal. – Heavy Lifting: Weed-eating, brush trimming, and clearing large trash accumulations.
