Coos Bay Democrat Arnie Roblan will hold a campaign kickoff and fundraiser event on Saturday, June 11, in North Bend. The former educator represents the Oregon Coast in the Oregon Senate from District 5, which runs from Coos Bay to Tillamook. Sen. Roblan, a former state representative, is the Chair of the Senate Education Committee and serves as a member of the Legislature’s Ways and Means Committee. His kickoff takes place from 4 to 6 p.m. at the Labor Union Events Hall at 3427 Ash St., North Bend.
