Two employees of the Del Norte Unified School District in Crescent City, CA have been placed on Administrative Leave following allegations of sexual abuse involving a child. According to reports, 60-year old Kathleen Mary Fuson and 43-year old Katlin Janice Nole were taken into custody Jan. 17 on charges of suspicion of Continuous Sexual Abuse of a Child. Nole faces an additional charge of Suspicion of Sexual Intercourse with a Child 10 years old or younger. The alleged conduct was not related to their employment with the Unified School District and did not occur on District Property, according to the District’s superintendent. Nole’s husband 49-year old Jody Nole and another individual, 48-year old Edward Bert Steel are also named in the case.
