On December 9th, 2016, the Oregon State Police was notified of the possible sexual abuse of a 15 year old female. A Detective from the Central Point Criminal Investigation Division was assigned to investigate the allegation. The detective interviewed the victim who disclosed multiple instances of sexual abuse perpetrated against her by 43 year old Kenneth Clements. On December 11th, 2016, Kenneth Clements, age 43, was arrested on the following charges: Rape I (2 Counts); Sodomy I (2 Counts). Clements resides in Josephine County and the victim was known to him. Clements was lodged at the Josephine County Jail, Grants Pass.
