A veteran Coos Bay Police Officer has been reportedly indicted on charges of Sexual Abuse involving a Minor. Fifty-one year old Terry Rogers has been with the department for 22-years. The 20-count indictment alleges Rogers started abusing the child under the age of 12 in 2012. The abuse allegedly continued until 2018.
