Ocean swimmers near Cannon Beach on the North Oregon Coast were warned Tuesday after a shark’s dorsal fin was seen in the water near the beach. The Oregon State Parks & Recreation Dept. is posting warning signs to alert visitors. A shark incident occurred in the area last year when a surfer was attacked in the waters off of Ecola State Park.
