LCSO release – The Lane County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an incident during which multiple residences were fired upon by someone in a moving vehicle. The incident occurred on 08/18/21 shortly after 8:30pm. Residents in the 81000 block of Lost Creek Rd. reported that a small silver SUV was driving through the neighborhood when someone from inside the vehicle fired multiple shots into the surrounding properties. Investigators are reviewing surveillance video and working to identify leads. At this point in the investigation there are no indications as to why the involved residences were targeted and shot at.
