Sneaker Wave Warning, Sept. 3

The National Weather Service in Portland has issued a “Sneaker Wave” warning for the Oregon Coast for Tuesday, Sept. 3. Sneaker Waves are notorius for picking up logs on the beach and rolling them on the sand. They can also knock you down and a strong current can work to pull you away from shore. Bottom line, never turn your back on the ocean.
