The South Coast Regional Early Learning Hub (SCREL) has $98,748.00 available from the Early Learning Division of the Oregon Department of Education. A request for proposals was released on July 12th, applications are due by August 1. These funds are available to groups committed to the SCREL’s three major goals: the early learning system is aligned, coordinated and family centered; children are supported to enter school ready to succeed; and families are healthy, stable and attached. Taya Nolad, SCREL Interim Director, stated, “We hope to receive a wide variety of applications from every corner of our region that support our goals to ensure kids and families have the support they need to be successful in school and in life”.
