Southwestern Oregon Community College’s Small Business Development Center (Southwestern SBDC) is offering a computer tune-up for your business workshop on October 20, 2016 from 6:00 pm – 8:30 pm. Ever wonder why your computer runs so slowly? In this class you will learn the basics to make your computer run better than ever. Participants are asked to bring their laptop to class so they can perform the tasks covered by the instructor. The instructor for this class is Tim Edingfield. Mr. Edingfield has worked in the Non-Profit industry for over 6 years. He is the sole owner of his business, The Gadgeteer, and specializes in giving one on one computer help to his clients. He is knowledgeable in the use of Office programs, and using Windows Operating Systems. Tim is very involved in the community through the New Community Coalition. In this class participants will learn how to cleanup disk space on the hard drive, close programs through task manager that are not needed, manage startup programs and much more. A faster computer means more efficient business operations. Computer Tune-Up for Your Business will be held on Thursday, October 20th from 6:00 – 8:30 pm at The Business Center, 2455 Maple Leaf, North Bend. The cost for this training is $55.
