Grant Circle (intersection of California and Union) in North Bend, including California (between Sherman and McPherson) and Union (at California) will be CLOSED to traffic on Friday, October 3, 2014 estimated to be between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. The city would like to remind everyone to observe all warning signs and be cautious while navigating alternative routes.
