Southwestern Oregon’s men’s basketball team picked up two wins at the Coach Treg Basketball Tournament, College of the Redwoods, Eureka, CA. The Lakers beat Sierra College Friday, 77-46 and then downed Shasta College 77-60 Saturday. SWOCC (6-2) is scheduled to host College of the Redwoods Friday, Dec. 9, 7 p.m. Southwestern’s women dropped two games at Walla Walla, WA. The lakers lost to Walla Walla Friday 66-43, and then dropped a 71-54 game to Columbia Basin on Saturday. SWOCC (4-4) is scheduled to play at Treasure Valley, Dec. 16, 6 p.m.
