Southwestern Oregon opened the 2013-14 men’s basketball season with a 94-74 win over an alumni team in Coos Bay Saturday night. Dexter Williams led the Lakers with 23-points. LaMont Swinson had 14 for the Alumni. SWOCC’s women won 87-67. Kyla Siri led Southwestern with 24, while Heather Weber had 24 for the Alumni.
