Southwesternn Oregon stumbled in its final road trip volleyball match in Northern California Thursday, 3-0, to American River College. The Lakers are 7-3 and will host Pacific University Sunday, Sept. 1, 2 p.m., in the team’s home opener.

Southwestern Oregon’s men’s soccer team (0-2) plays at Everett, WA Saturday, 2 p.m. The Laker women are off until Sept. 11 when they take on Portland CC at Lane CC in Eugene. The SWOCC volleyball team (7-3) hosts Pacific University Sunday, Sept. 1, 2 p.m., in Coos Bay.
