Southwestern Oregon’s women lost both basketball games at an NWAC Crossover Tournament at Ontario, OR. The Lakers lost Friday to Treasure Valley 66-60 and fell on Saturday to Edmonds 75-59. SWOCC is scheduled to open NWAC plan on Wednesday, Jan. 4th, 2 p.m., home to Chemeketa. Southwestern’s men lost two-out-of-three at the North Idaho Crossover. On Friday, the Lakers lost to North Idaho 126-75 at Post Falls, ID. On Saturday, SWOCC fell to Green River 99-76, but came back on Sunday and beat Olympic 101-99. Southwestern (8-5) opens NWAC play Wednesday, Jan. 4th, 4 p.m., hosting Chemeketa.
