Southwestern Oregon’s men wrapped up their three-game trip to Eureka, CA with a couple of wins. The Lakers dropped their opener Thursday to host College of the Redwoods 82-64, but bounced back with an 86-70 win over Napa Valley College on Friday, and then closed out the trip with an 87-83 overtime win over Mendocino College on Saturday. SWOCC (7-2) next plays at Corban University Gold on Monday, Dec. 11, (7:30p). Southwestern’s women lost two on the road. Friday, the Lakers fell 86-63 at Walla Walla and on Saturday lost 77-57 at Columbia Basin. SWOCC (1-4) next plays at College of the Redwoods, Saturday, Dec. 9, (3p).
