Southwestern Oregon’s men dropped a 104-86 NWAC basketball opener at Mt. Hood in Gresham Saturday. The Lakers (0-1, 5-7) host Clark College on Saturday, Jan. 11, 4 p.m., Coos Bay. SWOCC’s women lost 77-59 to the Saints in the first game of the doubleheader. Southwestern (0-1, 6-8) will host Clark on Jan. 11, 2 p.m., Prosper Hall on campus.
