Southwestern Oregon is at the NWAC Track & Field Championships at Spokane CC in Spokane, WA, according to head coach Dan Neal, Talisha Dozier won Long Jump at 18′ 7″ and earned All American status, Katie Pitts was sixth at 16′ 4″. Rachael Huffman was third in Shot Put at 39′ 6″, and also earned All American honors. Wilson Hodge was seventh in the Discus at 132′. Day two is today.

Southwestern Oregon was eliminated from the NWAC Softball Tournament at Delta Park in Portland Monday as Mt. Hood beat the Lakers (34-11) 7-5. The Saints then moved on to beat Clackamas 5-4, before falling to NWAC champion Spokane 12-3.
