With two games to go in the regular season NWAC South leader Southwestern Oregon swept a doubleheader Saturday from visiting Centralia 8-0 & 10-1 on the Coos Bay campus. The Lakers (25-1. 41-3) finish at fourth place Lower Columbia (15-11, 22-18) at Longview, WA on Friday, May 12th, 3 & 5 p.m. SWOCC’s baseball team dropped both games of a doubleheader at Linn-Benton (Albany), Saturday, 11-1 (7) & 2-0). Fourth-place Southwestern has four games remaining in the regular season, all against fifth-place Mt. Hood beginning Thursday, May 11th, 1 & 4 p.m. at Gresham, and ending Saturday, May 13th, 1 & 4 p.m. at Coos Bay.
