The City of Coos Bay has received a generous donation from the local Alternative Youth Activities Program to purchase the materials necessary to complete coping repairs at the Coos Bay skate park located at N. 8th Street and Commercial Avenue. The repairs are scheduled to begin on June 22nd, and they will continue through the month of July which will require the park to be closed for approximately 30 days. The repairs will be done by local volunteers. Thank you to all of our volunteers and the Alternative Youth Activities Program.
