News release Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office. On 08/07/16, Deputies stopped Philip McCurdy for speeding. During a course of the investigation it was determined that Philip was in possession of Methamphetamine. The vehicle was searched and numerous stolen items were located. The items that were recovered were reported from Portland and Gresham Police Department’s. Philip was arrested for PCS Methamphetamine, Theft 1 and Theft by Receiving. Phillip was transported and lodged at the Coos County Jail.
