Transportation Commission to meet, Jan. 24

ODOT release – SALEM — The Oregon Transportation Commission will hold its regular meeting on Wednesday, Jan. 24, at 9:30 a.m. The meeting will be hybrid, originating in the Gail Achterman Conference Room of the Transportation Building, 355 Capitol Street N.E. in Salem. Items on the agenda include: Budget Development for 2025-2027: Receive an informational presentation on the development of the 2025-2027 Agency Request Budget and an update on the operations and maintenance funding shortfall. Legislative Concept Development: A review and discussion of ODOT’s 2025 Legislative Concepts in preparation for the 2025 legislative session. Tolling Update: A discussion on toll revenue allocation in preparation for future commission decisions, and a request to approve toll rate schedule scenarios in the I-205 Level 2 Traffic and Revenue Analysis. Interstate Bridge Program Update: Receive an update on the Interstate Bridge Replacement program’s activities and approve the Interstate Tolling Agreement with the Washington State Transportation Commission for the Interstate 5 Bridge. Informational Updates: Receive informational updates on the ADA Program, the Urban Mobility Office and the Strategic Action Plan. Meeting materials will be available on the OTC Website.
