On Tuesday, September 12, 2017, at 11:00 pm, deputies were dispatched to the Yoncalla High School for a report of three adults trespassing on school property. The deputies located the subjects near the dugouts. The subjects were identified as 43 year-old Nathan Allen Wilmarth of Yoncalla, 45 year-old Joey Bitah of Drain and 23 year-old Kelsey Wilburn of Yoncalla. During the course of the investigation, Wilmarth was found to be in possession of Methamphetamine and Heroin. He was taken into custody and transported to the Douglas County Jail where he was lodged for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine, Unlawful Possession of Heroin and a Probation Violation. Bitah and Wilburn were interviewed and released.
