It’s a replica trolley car on rubber-wheels. The Coos Co. Board of Commissioners approved the $164,000 expenditure for the red-glass enclosed transit. The trolley arrived in the Bay Area on Monday, March 18, and will reportedly run an express route between North Bend & Coos Bay this Summer.
