For the second time in a week, a vehicle ended up in an Oregon Coast harbor. The first incident occurred Tuesday, Sept. 7, when a suicidal female stole a vehicle from a car lot in Coos Bay and drove it east straight into Coos Bay. She was found deceased behind the wheel. On Wednesday morning, 24-year old Rocky Tucker, of Siletz, was driving a box truck in Depoe Bay when its brakes gave out and he ended up in the world’s smallest harbor. Tucker was uninjured. The truck was loaded with paint supplies when it went into the water about 7 a.m.
