The Coos County Master Food Preservers will hold a tuna canning workshop on Saturday, Aug. 9, 10 am to 2 pm, at the Extension Office in Myrtle Point. Cost is $15 and you will go home with a half-pint of tuna. The Dehydrating workshop is set for Saturday, Aug. 23, 10 am to 2 pm, and the cost is $10.
