EUGENE, Ore. – In conjunction with decisions announced today by the university, Oregon Athletics will activate attendance protocols for all home events due to the ongoing coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. The adjusted attendance measures will take effect on Sunday, March 15, 2020 until further notice. All Oregon Athletics home events will occur as originally scheduled but will continue to be evaluated. Attendance at athletic events at the University of Oregon will be restricted to: Competing student-athletes, coaches and staff; Essential working personnel; Families of competing student-athletes and coaches; Credentialed media; Recruits. With the health and safety of student-athletes, coaches, staff and fans as the top priority, University of Oregon athletics will continue to monitor the impact of COVID-19.
