Oregon’s football team beat visiting Arizona State 54-35 Saturday at Autzen Stadium in Eugene. The Ducks (1-4, 3-5) next play USC in Los Angeles, Saturday, Nov. 5. Oregon’s men and women both placed fourth at the Pac-12 Cross Country Championships in Tucson, AZ Friday. Next up for the Ducks are the NCAA West Regional Championships in Sacramento, CA on Nov. 11. Oregon senior Edward Cheserek won his fourth straight individual title touring the 8K course in 23:58.9. Duck freshman Katie Rainsberger led the women’s team with a fifth place finish on the 6K course in 20:30.6. Junior Amy-Eloise Neale won the individual crown in 20:22.9. The volleyball team got a split in the Desert. The Ducks fell to Arizona Friday night, 3-2, but bounced back on Sunday to hand Arizona State a 3-1 loss. Oregon (8-4, 15-6) plays at Washington Friday and Washington State Sunday. The women’s soccer team lost at Washington Thursday, 2-1, and then tied the Cougars 1-1 at Pullman, WA Sunday. The Ducks (2-7-1, 8-9-2) end the regular season this Friday at home to Oregon State.

Oregon State lost 35-31 to visiting Washington State Saturday in a Pac-12 game at Reser Stadium in Corvallils. The Beavers (1-4, 2-6) next play at Stanford on Saturday, Nov. 5, 12:30 p.m. The women’s cross country team finished 8th at the Pac-12 Championships in Tucson, AZ Friday. Oregon State’s Emily Weber led the Beavers with a 24th place finish on the 6K course in 21:20.4. The volleyball team got a split in the Desert. OSU lost at Arizona State Friday, 3-1, but came back and downed Arizona 3-1 on Sunday. The Beavers (2-10, 9-14) go to WSU Friday and Washington Sunday. The men’s soccer team lost at Stanford Thursday 3-0, but won on Sunday at Berkeley 1-0 in downing California. OSU (1-4-2, 5-7-3) hosts San Diego State Thursday, Nov. 3. The women’s soccer team lost at WSU Thursday 2-1, but won at Washington on Sunday 1-0. The Beavers (2-8-0, 7-10-2) end the regular season Friday at Oregon.
