At 3:00 PM on Thursday, August 30, Coos County Veteran Services Officer Barye Bluth will speak at the North Bend Public Library about VA benefits. This presentation is an opportunity for veterans and their dependents to learn about the assistance the Veteran Services Office offers in securing all benefits for which they are entitled with the Department of Veteran Affairs. After the presentation, Ms. Bluth will be available to meet privately with veterans for the purpose of scheduling appointments. Ms. Bluth will also promote the Traveling Vietnam Wall, which stops in Coquille September 13 through 16.
