News release Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office. Narrative: On 4/20/16 at about 1523 hours, Coos County Sheriffs Deputies responded to a report a Violation of a Restraining Order at 67759 Spinreel Road, North Bend, Coos County, Oregon. It was reported Ashley Chapman was at that residence attempting to get inside. When Deputies arrived Chapman had fled the area. Deputies were able to locate Chapman at an address in North Bend. Chapman was arrested for the charge of Violation of a Restraining Order, She was transported to Coos County Jail where she was released into the Jail staff custody.
