Virtual open house offers opportunity to review 2021-2027 Strategic Plan, Sept. 27

The Oregon Department of Revenue will host a virtual open house as part of its Strategic Plan Update project September 23—October 6. Open house visitors will have the opportunity to review and comment on a draft version of Revenue’s 2021-2027 Strategic Plan. The agency’s existing strategic plan is reaching the end of its useful life. The new plan will be a key tool to help the agency better prepare for the future. It will help identify necessary resources and strategies to meet taxpayers’ needs in an ever-changing world. It identifies the goals the agency wants to achieve, how it will achieve those goals, and how it will measure progress toward achieving them. This plan is the result of many individuals and organizations engaging with the Oregon Department of Revenue as we gathered insights and created forward-looking strategies to drive the agency’s priorities over the next six years. We could not have completed this strategic plan without our staff, our partners, and our customers who all contributed their voice and insight through attending workshops, completing surveys, and participating in the process.
