Volunteers at Charleston Crab Feed, Feb. 10

Hello Everyone! This 2016 Charleston Crack Up Crab Feed is Saturday, February 13th from 11:00 am-3:00 pm at the Old Charleston School. If you think it would be fun to interact with the guests, and act as an ambassador of sorts for our Charleston area and don’t mind being on your feet then this is an opportunity for you! Email me ASAP before your desired spot is filled! (Due to the cost of crab we can’t give volunteers free crab dinners however, Friday evening the 12th we are serving pizza and more after our work party at the school beginning at 5:00 pm.) Here is what we still need help with: Parking Lot Traffic Flow: (Assist Chris from the Fire Department with directing cars and busses to parking and keep flow at a safe pace): 10:30-12:30 – 3 people; 12:30-2:30 – 3 people. Greeters: (Bib distribution, directions/assistance) *Preferably someone who may be unable to do heavier work like bussing, traffic or kitchen help: 10:30-12:30 – 2 people; 12:30-2:30 – 1 person. Bussers: (Bus trays, empty into garbage, be sure to keep crab crackers, replace with fresh newspaper, as time allows, refill coffee, etc.. if people ask): 11:30-1:30 – 4 people; 1:30-3:30 – 4 people.
