Cape Arago Hwy., CCSO release – On April 25, 2018 at approximately 10:00 am, Coos County Sheriff’s Deputies contacted a woman known to them as Deanna Solinger, near Davey Jones Locker store in Charleston. The Deputies had prior knowledge Solinger had several outstanding warrants for her arrest. Solinger was arrested without incident and transported to Coos County Jail without further incident. The warrants for her arrest were for Fail to Appear on Disorderly Conduct, Harassment ($5,000 bail), and Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct ($10,000 bail). Solinger was released on her own recognizance due to overcrowding. There are only a minimal amount of the 98 beds for females in custody.
