News release CCSO. On July 21st, 2017 at approximately 1852 hours, Deputies were turning onto Highway 101 when they observed Tamisha Groves walking north bound on Highway 101. Deputies recognized Tamisha Groves and confirmed with the Coos County Sheriff’s Office Dispatch Center that she had active warrants out for her arrest. Deputies placed Tamisha Groves under arrest. While conducting a cursory search deputies located suspected narcotics. The narcotics were seized and are being sent to the Oregon State Police Crime Lab for testing. Tamisha Groves was transported to the Coos County Jail without further incident. Tamisha Groves had two separate warrants charging Failure to Appear in the 2nd Degree, Criminal Trespass in the 1st Degree, and Theft in the 3rd Degree. Tamisha Groves bail was set at $22,500.
