On October 22, 2019 at about 10:00am, the East Chicago Police Department (Indiana), arrested Kyle HANDING, age 20, on warrants issued by Josephine County Circuit Court. This is in relation to the incident on September 30, 2019 on Wilderville Lane, near Wilderville. HANDING was lodged at the Lake County, Indiana Jail on the following charges in connection to the assault: Attempted Murder I with a Firearm (2 Counts); Assault 1 with a Firearm (2 Counts); Unlawful use of a Weapon with Firearm (2 Counts).
