Your input wanted on project funding list, March 24

ODOT release – SALEM – An ODOT Selection Committee has compiled a recommended list of public transit projects to fund and the public is invited to comment. The committee scored the applications submitted for the Statewide Transportation Improvement Fund, or STIF, and Statewide Transit Network grant programs. Comments are due by April 4, 2021 and may be submitted using this form. (On the form, under “Date of Meeting,” enter April 5, 2021.) Public comment will be provided to the Public Transportation Advisory Committee for consideration during its April 5 meeting. A Zoom link and meeting agenda for this virtual meeting will be available at the ODOT PTAC webpage prior to the meeting. At the conclusion of the April 5 meeting, PTAC will make its own funding recommendation on these projects to submit to the Oregon Transportation Commission. The commission will then review PTAC’s recommendation and make final funding decisions in May. The meeting is open to everyone, and accommodations will be provided to persons with disabilities.
