Coos Bay Public Library, in partnership with Dennis Dater of Bay Area Seniors Computer Club, will co-host Zoom Basics: For Hosts on Tuesday, June 1 from 12:00pm-1:00pm via Zoom (virtual meeting software). In this informal class, Dennis will cover the different steps and features involved with scheduling Zoom meetings and illustrate how to invite Guests. You will learn additional features involved with conducting meetings such as: admitting Guests in Waiting Room, recording your meeting, muting participants, adding security, screen sharing, and using the whiteboard. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own questions. We will have a couple experienced Zoomers available for Q&A at end of session.
