An Oregon Department of Corrections (DOC) inmate who walked away from a Mill Creek Correctional Facility (MCCF) work crew near Philomath on April 14 is now in custody in King County Jail in Seattle, WA. United States Marshals arrested Jason M. Touch today at approximately 7:30 p.m. in Seattle. Touch entered DOC custody on October 22, 1998, on one count of robbery in the first degree out of Multnomah County. His earliest release date is January 13, 2019.
