Strangulation Charge
A Coos Bay woman was charged with Strangulation & Assault following an altercation at a residence on Libby Lane Monday night, Dec. 17. Coos Co. Sheriff’s deputies were summoned to the dispute about 11 a.m. Debra Cunningham allegedly placed broken tires under vehicles at the residence leading to a dispute. Cunningham was transported to the County Jail at Coquille.
Burglary
Lone Pine Ln., Myrtle Pt., CCSO release – On December 19th, 2018 at 9:30 A.M., Deputies executed a search
warrant at 99554 Lone Pine Lane, Myrtle Point, Coos County, Oregon. Deputies were looking for an air compressor and gardening supplies that were stolen. During the course of the search warrant Wayne Resendez was located at the residence and taken into custody. The stolen property was also located and returned to the rightful owner. Thirty-five year old Wayne Resendez was transported to the Coos County Jail without incident, and was booked for the charges of Burglary in the Second Degree and Theft in the First Degree.
Warrant Arrest
Wildwood Road, North Bend, CCSO release – On 12/15/2018, at approximately 1:43 P.M., Deputies received a
report of Samuel Bowling throwing items from his trailer. He was located at 69262 Wildwood Road, space 32 in North Bend. When Deputies arrived, they located Samuel at his trailer. Samuel had warrants out of Coos County. Deputies arrested Samuel on his warrants and transported him to the Coos County Jail, where he wasbooked and lodged.
