Criminal Trespass
News release from the Coos Co. Sheriff’s Office.  “On December 13, 2013 the Coos County Sheriff’s Office received a call regarding trespass onto some property near the end of Bill Creek Lane in Bandon.  The initial reports were coming in third hand from a resident.  Bandon Police Officers responded first due to the distance the deputy would have to respond from.  The police officers contacted two vehicles of people who had been on the property.  When the deputy arrived a third vehicle was located.  The story emerged that one of the cars had been trespassing onto private property and accessed a power line road.  These roads are not well maintained usually and the driver of the vehicle became stuck in the mire of mud.  That driver called upon friends to respond.  All persons were contacted and warned regarding criminal trespass if they returned.  Two persons involved were found to have warrants for their arrest.  Tyler Blondis had a warrant for Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and Felon in Possession of a weapon.  Casey Nelson was found to have a warrant for Theft III.  Both were transported to the Coos County Jail and lodged.  Both have security release amount at $35,000.”
