Original release: Public Notice – North Bend Police Department will be taking calls for service by phone only, no walk-ins, all doors will be locked to the public. If you need to contact the North Bend Police Department and it is an emergency call 911, for all other services please call the non-emergency number at 541-756-3161. Update: Police Chief Robert Kappelman, the closure is temporary and is due to a catastrophic disruption to the dispatch computer system. He adds they are working feverishly to repair the program; however, there is no firm time line.
