According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Sept. 25, 6:53 p.m., Newmark & Broadway, “callers reporting male subject threatening another subject with hammer in the parking lot of Public Square, suspect then drove off. Officers located the victim in McDonald’s parking lot, officers served valid Eugene PD warrant,” on 42-year old Jason Eric Riedhead, Eugene, with Failure to Appear on charge of Amphetamine Possession.
Assault
According to an entry on the North Bend Police log for Monday, Sept. 25, 7:18 p.m., 2500 block Ash St., “report of assault at location. Male punched female in face. Female bleeding and left residence walking towards Newmark,” 55-year old Robert Carr, North Bend, taken into custody on charge of Assault IV Domestic. Transported to the Coos Co. Jail at Coquille.
